I have a very frustrating problem. The Kingdom is lagging (literally dies), and slowing down: if I open a survey, or if I zoom in/zoom out of a survey, or if I double click to finish an interpreted horizon (in case of that the horizon is opened on basemap also).

The computer what I am using it has:
-Windows 7 Professional 64bit Service Pack1 OS
-Dell Precision T5610 model
-CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10 GHZ (24 CPUs),~2.1 GHz
-Memory: 64 gb
-DirectX Version: DirectX 11
-Currently used video card: NVIDIA Quadro 4000 (with 372.95 driver version)

What I tried to do until now:
-re-installed the Kingdom with the hotfix.
-updated the NVIDIA drivers
-changed the video card to another
-updated the network driver (if the problem is around the bandwith or server speed)
-checked all the neighboring workstations with different projects: everything works fine for everybody, except 2 or 3 2D lines. But I have problems with opening any 3D surveys.
-checked the project in Kingdom 2016-doing the same thing

I am waiting for any ideas to solve this problem. The Kingdom has any settings which covers this topic? To configure to use the video card for processing? As I see on Nvidia GPU Utilization monitoring panel, when I double-click to finish a horizon, the CPU usage goes to 0%.
