I have been running TKS8.8 (64bit) under Windows 7 successfully for some years. I have recently upgraded to Windows 10, whereupon TKS8.8 claims not to find a dongle on the USB port, though one is correctly installed there and recognised as ‘working properly’ in ‘Device Manager’. The Sentinel Safenet software was release 7.5.1; I upgraded to 7.6, but this made no difference, so I have currently reverted to 7.5.1.
I have uninstalled and re-installed TKS8.8 several times, but to no effect. Can’t think what to try next. Any ideas?
