I’m working in 3D data & need to run some attributes to deternime lithological around faults. i want to know the fault what can seal & HC don’t move to other place

The most common Rock Solid Attributes (RSA) of IHS Kingdom used for fault detection purpose are;
– Dip of Maximum Similarity
You can simply google search for more information on those attributes. But before running any of them, you may consider doing it on spectral decomposed 3D data for better definition.
However, detecting the faults will not directly answer your question about which fault is sealing. This would require an integrated study and modelling with reservoir engineers.
